The Enzyme+ makes it possible to ferment easily and virtually automatically in a very short time. It has a compact and intuitive design, which makes it convenient and work efficient, as well as several pre-set programs that make the whole process a breeze. The programs offer the possibility to produce a wide range of fermented products such as garlic, yoghurt, natto, enzyme, fruit vinegar, fruit wine, sweet rice wine, pickles and sourdough.
Enzyme + makes the fermentation process smooth and stable, but above all simple. You can easily achieve the same results time after time while having the ability to control temperature and time to experiment with different end products.
Enzyme+ includes a stainless steel basket with two levels to maximize production. The basket facilitates good air circulation to ensure even cooking and easy cleaning.
